By purchasing a product from www.personal-trainer-wales.com (PTW) you agree that you are medically fit and capable to undertake a session. By session we mean any product sold by PTW involving physical activity, with or without instruction. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer prior to taking part in any PTW session.

Cancellation of a purchased product will result in the following refunds.

up to 8 weeks prior to date of commencement 75% refund

up to 4 weeks prior to date of commencement 50% refund

up to 2 weeks prior to date of commencement 25% refund
